  1. Looks wonderful! However, if turmeric is added for health benefits, it has to have pepperine to unlock them for absorption. Needs a shot of black pepper.

    • We're glad you liked this recipe, Andrea!

Thank you for the feedback and for the tip regarding the black pepper. However, one thing that makes our Turmeric product unique is that you don’t have to take it with black pepper!

Our Turmeric 3D is formulated so that it’s bio-available without the need for black pepper. Black pepper can actually cause damage to your gut health over time. Fermented Turmeric is a much better option. The increase in bioavailability from fermentation processes on turmeric are widely known and accepted in the scientific community. One part of that, is that the lactofermentation reduces sugars and starches creating lactic acid and myriad probiotic strains and digestive enzymes that greatly increase the ability for human gastrointestinal systems to absorb and utilize the beneficial nutritional elements in the turmeric rhizome. We hope you can recreate this frappe and let us know how it turned out for you. Have a great day ahead!

  2. Phenomenal! I used cashew milk and had to add more than the recipe stated to get the coffee and banana incorporated. The flavors are spot-on perfect!

    • We're pleased to know that you enjoyed this recipe, Ida! Your own twist to this frappe sounds really delicious, so thanks for sharing them with us. Enjoy your drink!

    • Thank you for your comment, Anne! Glad you're loving this recipe! Let us know what you think once you've tried it!

    • The best I ever had was raw, unpasteurized from grass fed cows...yum. But I haven’t forgotten cow’s milk was made for baby cows. In researching I read about the molecules being too large to get

the nutrients from and be easily digested by humans.

    • Thank you for your suggestion, Tom! Feel free to recreate the recipe to your liking and let us know how it turns out!
